These JaJuMa Customer Satisfaction Feedback settings, found under
JaJuMa -> Customer Satisfaction Feedback -> Configuration,
control the default appearance and behavior for all feedback forms across your store.
Think of them as the master settings; they act as a fallback if a specific setting is not configured within an individual form, ensuring a consistent look and feel.
Before you begin, ensure the extension is enabled by setting "Enable Extension" to "Yes".
🎨 2.1 Color Settings
Use these options to perfectly match the feedback forms to your store's branding. You can set default colors for every element of the feedback process.
- Vote Form Colors:
Vote Text Color,Thumbs Up Color,Thumbs Down Color,Default Star Color,Selected Star Color.
- Vote Feedback Colors:
Thumbs Up Vote Text Color,Happy Smiley Color,Thumbs Down Vote Color,Sad Smiley Color,Star Vote Text Color.
- Feedback Form & Confirmation:
Feedback Form Text Color,Thank You Message Text Color.

These settings control the fields in the detailed (Step 3) feedback form.
Choosing the right settings here is a strategic balance between gathering comprehensive data and making it easy for customers to respond.
