📋 4. Viewing & Managing Customer Feedbacks

Once you have collected feedback, the next step is to analyze it.
All submitted feedback is collected by JaJuMa Customer Satisfaction Feedback in a convenient grid located at
JaJuMa -> Customer Satisfaction Feedback -> Customer Satisfaction Feedbacks.
This grid provides a comprehensive overview of all quantitative and qualitative data, allowing you to easily spot trends and identify specific issues.

📈 4.1 Understanding the Feedback Grid

The grid displays the following information for each submission, giving you complete context for every piece of feedback/jajuma-develop/magento-extensions/:

• Layout:
  The layout the form was on (e.g., Product Page, Checkout).
• URL:
  The exact URL the feedback was submitted from, allowing you to visit the page and see what the customer saw.
• Storeview:
  The store view the customer was using, which is critical for multi-language stores.
• Customer Name, Email, Phone:
  The contact details, if the customer chose to provide them.
• Vote Type:
  The type of form used (Thumb, Star, Survey).
• Vote:
  The quantitative result (e.g., Thumb Up, 5 Stars).
• Message:
  The qualitative text feedback, if provided. This is often where the most valuable insights are found.

🗑️ 4.2 Managing Feedback Entries

From the feedback grid, you can perform basic management tasks.
To remove an entry, simply select it and choose "Delete" from the "Actions" dropdown menu.
