9.1 ❓ Why is no data appearing in my RUM Dashboard?

This is the most common issue new users face. Here is a checklist to diagnose the problem:

1. Is the Extension Enabled?
   Navigate to JaJuMa -> Real User Monitoring -> Configuration -> General
   and ensure Enable Real User Monitoring is set to Yes.

2. Have Cron Jobs Been Configured and Run?
   RUM data is processed asynchronously via Magento cron jobs. Ensure your Magento cron is running correctly.
   You can manually trigger the processing by running the CLI command:
   bin/magento jajuma:rum:preprocess_data.

3. Check Cache and Static Content:
   After enabling the extension, make sure to clear your Magento caches
   (bin/magento cache:flush) and, if in production mode, redeploy static content
   (bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy).

4. Review Your Sampling Rate:
   In Configuration -> Data Collection, check the Sampling percentage.
   If it's set to a very low number on a low-traffic site, it may take a long time to collect enough data to display.
   For testing, set this to 100.

5. Check Blacklists:
   In Configuration -> Data Processing, ensure your own IP address is not listed in the IPs Blacklist, which would prevent your own sessions from being recorded.
