2. ⚙️ General Configuration
This section covers the primary settings for the JaJuMa Hyvä Inline CSS extension,
allowing you to activate its core functionality, manage its cache, and enable powerful debugging tools.
You can find these settings in your Magento Admin Panel by navigating to
JaJuMa -> Hyvä Inline CSS -> Configuration.
⚠️ Important:
This extension requires the following NodeJS package to be installed:
- purgecss
For installing this package, please go to your Tailwind CSS folder
cd /app/design/frontend/Acme/default/web/tailwind/and run following command:
npm install purgecss
2.1 🔖 Core & Debug Settings
These settings control the main operational state of the extension and its server environment.

2.2 📁 Inline Style Cache Management
These settings give you control over the extension's dedicated cache, which is essential for its high performance.
- Inline Style Cache Lifetime: This defines how long the generated CSS for a specific page remains valid in the cache, in seconds. The default value of
31536000(one year) is highly recommended for production. Once generated, the unique CSS for a page is served instantly from this cache on all subsequent requests, imposing virtually no server overhead. - Clear Inline Style Cache: This button manually purges all cached inline CSS files generated by the extension. This is useful after making significant changes to your theme's styles or Tailwind configuration.
⚠️ Warning: Cache Flushing Behavior
The Hyvä Inline CSS cache is designed to be long-lived for maximum performance.
It is NOT cleared when you use the standard Magento cache cleaning tools
(bin/magento cache:cleanor "Flush Magento Cache" in the Admin).
To clear this specific cache, you must use the Clear Inline Style Cache button here, or run a full "Flush Cache Storage"
(bin/magento cache:flush).
